3rd Annual Detroit New Works Festival
is scheduled for June 22-23, 2019 at the Outvisible Theatre in Allen Park
Submissions are no longer being accepted for this year's festival
The Detroit New Works Festival aims to showcase playwrights, promote new plays and musicals which focus on the subjects of equality and diversity, mental health, and/or social issues, and encourage community in the theatrical process.
Through the DNWF, Outvisible Theatre Company produces five staged readings of new plays, holds post-show discussions for play development, and one show will be given the opportunity be produced as a World Premiere the following season.

8:00pm - Surrounded By the Water by Michael Finke
Sunday, June 23
1:00pm - In Common by Quinn D. Eli
3:30pm - Brilliant Works of Art by Donna Hoke
6:00pm - winner announced
There will be a post-show discussion following every reading
